The settlement ends Musk’s aggressive try to carry advertisers legally chargeable for pulling spending from X over model security issues.
X sued the WFA in 2024 for conducting what it known as a “systematic unlawful boycott” of the platform after it noticed a decline in promoting income following Musk’s $44 billion takeover of the social community in 2022.
